West Midlands Safari Trip
As part of the A Level Biology content, students need to understand the gas exchange system in mammals, fish and insects. One of their required practicals is to dissect example species and make observations. At the end of last week our Biology students visited West Midlands Safari Park to carry out dissections on a variety of animals. The remains were then fed to the parks animals meaning that there was no waste! The group also had a lecture on evolution and got to meet some animals with amazing adaptations for survival.
