Year 11 Food Practical Exam

Over the past two days our Year 11 Food Technology students have undertaken their food practical exam which involved planning and developing a two-course menu and then prepping and preparing it during an allotted time.  We were staggered at the quality and presentation of the dishes and Food Technology Teacher, Mrs Rouse stated that she was incredibly proud of all the student’s calm and professional approach. The group then showcased their dishes and staff were more than happy to play judges as they were allowed to taste everything!
